Counselor – Animation Gets Real

Counselor – All Kids Included Creative Arts Summer Camp

We are seeking a warm, attentive, and responsible team member who enjoys working with children and helping them explore their creativity. Counselors at Finlay play a key role in creating a safe and structured environment by supporting transitions, reinforcing positive behavior, and assisting with both logistical and instructional tasks. This position involves close collaboration with teaching artists and site leadership, as well as thoughtful communication with families. The ideal candidate is reliable, nurturing, and enjoys being an active part of a mission-driven arts education team.

Counselor – Lewis Arts Studio

We are looking for committed and enthusiastic individuals to support the Lewis Arts Studio (LAS) program through consistent presence and leadership.  The Lewis Arts Studio is a creative haven for 4th-8th graders who have a strong interest in the visual and performing arts. The Counselor helps guide students through daily arts classes and enrichment activities while promoting safety, engagement, and personal growth. This role requires initiative, a calm and supportive demeanor, and the ability to work collaboratively in a creative learning environment. The Counselor also supports classroom routines, maintains records, and fosters communication between families and program staff.

Counselor – A4L Summer Camp at Treasure Island Elementary School

We are seeking a dynamic and dependable individual who is passionate about supporting youth through creative, structured, and engaging experiences. Counselors at the A4L Summer Camp at Treasure Island Elementary School are responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of participants throughout the day by leading group transitions, assisting with arts-based activities, and maintaining clear communication with both youth and their families. In this role, the Counselor acts as both a mentor and facilitator, building relationships with students while also supporting teaching artists and program staff. This position requires a strong sense of organization, the ability to manage group dynamics with positivity, and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

ArtWorks Site Assistant
Part Time

We are seeking an energetic and organized team member who thrives in a fast-paced, arts-centered environment to support our ArtWorks Internship Program. The Site Assistant at ArtWorks provides critical behind-the-scenes and on-the-ground support to ensure that the program runs smoothly each day. This includes managing transitions, assisting with intern supervision, organizing supplies, supporting teaching artists, and helping to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming space. Site Assistants also play a role in facilitating communication between interns, staff, and families, and are expected to take initiative and work collaboratively to meet program needs.

Operations Manager
Full Time

The Operations Manager will report to the Finance and Operations Director and will oversee the daily operational functions of the organization to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with organizational policies. This role is responsible for managing administrative, financial, and facilities-related activities, and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operations to support the A4L’s mission. A key focus will be managing the accounts payable process and maintaining accurate financial records. The Operations Manager will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement strategies that support long-term sustainability and impact.

Teaching Artist
Independent Contractor

Arts for Learning works with a dynamic team of professional visual and performing artists to deliver in-depth residencies to students from ages 0-18 in a variety of settings both in and out of schools. Arts for Learning hires artists three times a year for semester length multi-week residencies in the fall, spring, and summer. Programming is offered throughout the day and at locations across Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. Projects are expected to be in-depth explorations of age-appropriate artistic, social, and academic content.
